The vacation villa is located in the city of Poreč which is situated on the western bank of the Istrian peninsula and is a former Roman colony with sights of Romanesque architecture and beautiful Venetian gothic palaces. It's orthogonal set of streets has been completely preserved till today.
Occupants will have easy access to a full range of amenities such as tennis courts, golf course, fitness centers and other services.
A unique attraction, only a short drive away is the “Istralandia” aquapark (81 000 m2).
