Toklarija Sovinjak Buzet Area
The restaurant is built in the old olive mill. It is open for over 20 years, 17 years as a slow food restaurant. All products are from locals so the menu changes every few weeks depends on what is fresh at the time. With our menus of 4 to 7 courses we serve only local wine that we think suit the best.
The cuisine is traditional Istrian, with emphasis on truffles and natural and organic ingredients. Reservation at least a day ahead strongly advised.
