Restaurant and hotel Milan is being run exclusively by Matic family, for 3 generations now. The philosophy itself has been changed only slightly - like that in every one of us is the interwoven same system of values in which family believes for 3 generations now.

Those values are attached to family belief in providing the best of Istrian territory in every Milan dish, relaxed sleep in hotel accommodation of the town which history begins in ancient times, and business privacy in the facilities owners treat as 'clubs'.

The basics of Milan's kitchen is, naturally, Istrian territory, but in a view of memories which guest carries when he is returning to his everyday life. Those memories bring back the taste of the fresh and native ingredients but also identifies the flavors which are flavors of Milan.

With full respect for basic ingredients and without excessive interventions, from simple to elaborated dishes enriched with olive oil produced by this family, from olive trees which grow only a few kilometers from hotel Milan, the aromas and flavors are always in the first place.
